Painfully sore after work out

Ive been going to the gym for a year now so im used to most of my work outs.

Two days ago i did wood chops, which i have done before, but not in about 2 months.

Now im painfully sore in My right rib cage, more so on the side that anywhere else. It feels like ive been in a car accident. I cant breathe without it hurting, moving hurts so much that i avoid it, and it hurts to touch. I dont see any bruising.

Ive done them before and never felt like this before. Is it just sore muscles or could i have done something to my ribs?
