Any new stay at home moms?

I’m new at begging a stay at home mo. I feel bad for not working but this is what’s best for my family. And we can live off my husbands income. I know I should feel blessed, but I can’t help but feel guilty at times.. any tips or anyone else feeling like this?

Don’t feel guilty. You’ll be doing more work everyday than you most likely did while working. Plus seeing all your LO milestones is the best 😊

I think there is always time for work. There is always time to make money for the rest of your life. But your child is only this age once and someday they won’t want to be at your hip anymore. i’m trying to enjoy my daughter as she is for now. Also because I know she is safe with me. I would feel forever guilty if she was in the care of someone else and something happened to her. I know nobody would raise her the way I intend or love her the way I do. You’re doing what’s best for your baby.

I’m a stay at home mom too. I feel guilty sometimes but my husband constantly tells me that nursing and taking care of our son is a full time job so he understands. I also make sure there’s hardly ever any dirty laundry, the dishes are always clean, food is prepped and house is clean.

Same, sometimes I feel bad that I can't help contribute to bills or anything anymore. I actually made an etsy shop and have gotten a few sales on there already but I'm still building my shop. Especially now that we're still in the early stages where baby sleeps most of the day, I just do things around the house. Keep everything clean, make sure there's no dishes anywhere, keep up on the laundry, and always have dinner ready when my husband gets home. I know that all wont always be possible though!
