Little Bitty Preferences

It's amazing how strong the opinions are of someone who's life can be counted in mere weeks and days. My son Dresden will not sleep flat; he has to have his head up a little or he won't tolerate it, which we learned on day 3. We had to put a towel under the pad in his bassinet so he would sleep there. His favorite way to sleep though is face down on my chest, draped over me like a baby monkey. He hates his arms to be covered. He only likes to rock side to side in his swing, not front to back. He doesn't like a pacifier. He will fuss when his diaper is wet, but poopy doesn't bother him.

My little one already expresses himself, just like yours does. It can be difficult to understand him sometimes, but at just under 5 weeks of age you only have so many ways of expressing yourself! I can't wait to learn more about him.
