I’m 7 weeks in with zero vomiting. I’m wondering if 2nd pregnancies are easier?

My first pregnancy was a breeze!! I had minimal symptoms, I was at my healthiest, my labour and delivery was amazing and my son.. he is just amazing. 
I'm now pregnant with our second and it has been the complete opposite in every way so far. I've struggled a lot more, symptoms have been way worse - its just completely different.
I personally wouldn't say second pregnancies are easiest, just the fact that each and every pregnancy is different.

I’m on pregnancy number 3, morning sickness didn’t start till 8 weeks with my first two but started at 5 weeks with this. First pregnancy was ok just tired with anemia but second pregnancy was morning sickness all the way through. Third pregnancy has been my hardest so far 🤢 tired and sick and two others to look after at the same time 😂 every pregnancy is different it’s so hard to judge xx
