Pregnant after 2 losses

I’m in the waiting room about to get my first ultrasound. I’m 7w1d today. The last two pregnancies didn’t make it beyond 6 weeks. My stomach is in knots. My first miscarriage was such a shock. I had two healthy pregnancies before. I was totally blindsided.

I just want to know whether it’s good or bad news.
