4weeks 5 days... Confused.. Is this OK?

I just took a test. So I'm a bit confused about what it means in relation to my dates.
My last period was 24/7/19

OBs go by your last period so the 4w5d would be what they go by. The test goes by conception. They’re also not known to be accurate, the only thing they can detect is the hormone so you’re definitely pregnant! go by the date your dr tells you when you find out

That test only goes by ovulation date. Says on the instructions. Just go by the first day of your last period until you get the ultrasound done.
