I did with an Ex a long time ago and it ended our relationship. It is what it is, I met my husband a few weeks later lol. 
I never wanted a threesome my ex did and he coerced me into it. Was a nightmare. 
My husband and I don't believe in adding anyone to our relationship even if it's just for sex so no concerns or wants on this end. 
I do have friends who have threesomes all the time and it hasn't affected their marriages
