Eating and testing Question

So they told me to test my blood 2 hours after my first bite. I had lunch at 11:15. I tested at 1:06 ( a few mins early) and it said 134. That seemed really high so i waited until exactly 1:15. My blood sugar that time was 107...is there really that much difference between 10 mins?? Which number would you record/is more accurate? 😬
