First pic was 2 weeks ago, second is today! 
I’m a FTM and I know every pregnancy is different, but could this mean she’s coming soon-ish?

Yes you dropped but it really doesn’t mean much. Some women drop early and some don’t drop until they are in labor, just depends on the baby.

Yes I'm 34 weeks 4 days and my belly has dropped also and my mucus plug is coming out to !
