If I concieve this week will it be present next week on an ultrasound?

I know a baby won't be seen or maybe even a sac anything visable to confirm the pregnancy? My mom says yes by then you would think the baby would be planted in my uterus by then. TIA

I accidentally hit yes but I meant no🤦‍♀️ hard to even get a positive on a test a week later, let alone a visible ultrasound.

Most doctors won’t do the first ultrasound until at least 8 to 10 weeks to actually see something on an ultrasound. Though I had an ultrasound at 7 weeks and was able to see (but not hear) the heartbeat of my baby.

Give it some time. Even if you could see something so obscenely early, you wouldn't be far enough along to know if it was even viable. If your body passed it, you'd be heartbroken.

An empty sac is 2 weeks after conception, maybe fetal pole 5 weeks, hb 6

even when pregnacy is confirmed they dont recommend ultrasound till 8 weeks and when i saw my baby it was just a little jelly bean and i was measuring 6 weeks ar the time. there would be no heart beat or anything at that stage and really hard to see anything.

I got a vaginal ultrasound done at 5w, only by request because I JUST had a miscarriage before. 
You could BARELY see anything, even then.

I get early ultrasounds due to having an ectopic in the past. I had an ultrasound the day after getting my positive. All you could see what thicken uterine lining. Went back at 5 weeks and could see a gestational sac and yolk sac, no fetal pole. At 6w2d we could see a fetal pole and heartbeat.
