Okay, mamas. Yesterday I started out the day not feeling quite right but dropped baby girl at daycare and went on to work. About mid morning I decided to call it a day and try to go home to rest (was up all night with baby). I ended up having to stop on the way home at my parents’ house (thankfully it was close to work) and that’s when the stomach bug took over. I spent the rest of the day emptying my body of whatever was making me sick! Gross. And super unpleasant!! Now normally when I’m away from baby I pump three times. I was only able to get one pump in that morning but missed my last two pump sessions due to my illness. I was able to nurse her when I got home though and throughout the night. I am not feeling my usual let down tough! Normally it’s pretty intense pins and needles feeling but I’m not feeling it at all and it’s got me worried!! There is definitely milk because I can hand express it but I just don’t feel that fullness or the let down. Anyone experienced this?? When will it go back to normal??
