Well I ended up heading to L&D last night. The constant pelvic pressure/ pain was contractions. I got there I was 1cm dilated and the contractions were maybe 5 mins apart and in the 30s-40s. I went in the jacuzzi for 1hr came out they monitored me again and my contractions were in the 50s but I was still only 1cm dilated. They told me to go home and wait it out that was around 10:30pm. Around 1:30am the contractions were stronger and I was spotting quite a bit (from the exam). I called and they suggested I come back in. I did.. Again only 1cm dilated and contractions were still consistent. I was released at 5am with a prescription for a pelvic belt... These contractions are pretty tough. And pretty regular when they come. Have any other moms experienced something similar? How long did false labour go on for you?
