Should I lose weight?
So I’m 5’4 I weight around 170 and 5 months ago I weighed 160😂
I have always struggled with how I look. I’m a competitive swimmer for my high school and I always lose a good 15-20 pounds during swim season. I just wanna be happy with myself and look good and not like a marshmallow😂.
Question is
1.) Do you think I can get down to 150-145
2.) Do I look overweight?
3.) Please give me ideas on how to lose weight Fast?!
How I lose that much weight during swim season which is only 3-4 months is I don’t really eat because I’m not hungry. But I know it’s not health. So if y’all girls can please help a sister out, I would love it!
