Freaking out

So I am almost 9 weeks pregnant

My left boob is hurting really bad

They are extremely enlarged but this 1 felt like something in there

So I started doing a breast exam in the shower and when I pushed around my nipple I felt a small lump

Now I'm freaking out!!

Can I wait til my next appointment or should I go to the hospital?

I'm only 29 and read that breast cancer is unlikely under 35

I've also had a benign lump that was removed from my right breast when I was 22...
