My first took 6 years, 2 losses, many lifestyle changes, ovulation tests, every imaginable combination of sex and a round of clomid - the cycle we conceived we were doing every other day leading up to ovulation day and then 3-4 days after. She’s 14 months old and I’m currently 35 weeks pregnant- he took sex once in December- not trying but not preventing. Everyone and every pregnancy is different :)

My last 2 pregnancies we only had sex once the whole month and ended up pregnant. Whenever we "try" we never do.

My first we had been away from each other for a while as I was deployed to Iraq so we where doing it every day multiple times a day and got pregnant first month trying. Than it took 5 years and one loss and I'm now pregnant with my second little girl. This time we where having sex every other day and every day the few days around ovulation.

We used ovulation tests for 2 out of my 3 pregnancies (2 miscarriages). To conceive our daughter, it took 2 months of trying and sex 2 times when I was ovulating. The 2nd pregnancy took 2 times having sex when ovulating and I got pregnant the very first month we tried. The 3rd pregnancy took 1 time having sex as it was after my miscarriage and I was extremely fertile
