Yep it’s a piece of it. But there’s a lot more than that to a plug. I’ve been losing little pieces for about 2 weeks now. Generally unless there’s blood it’s not a concern

That's what my discharge has been looking like for months. Its creamy colored and stringy. My doctor says its normal.
