I haven't used the baby soap, but I do use their adult baby wash. I have extremely sensitive skin, and this is the first body wash in a long time that my skin doesn't react to negatively.

I would but just not everyday. We only washed my twins once a week with soap until they were 2 or 3 months. Then it went to twice a week.
