Umbilical hernia
I know this is a stupid question, but how do I know if I have an umbilical hernia? My belly button is sticking out slightly and I feel a knot in it. There's no pain. I googled what they look like. (I know. Big mistake.,) They mostly look like outtues except for extreme cases. Can someone explain them to me please?
