TTC and breastfeeding

Hi! I'm back to TTC! I have a 12 month old that I'm still nursing, and AF only returned on July 2nd. My nipples have been so tender and sore the past two or three days. My opk tested positive yesterday so do you think they're sensitive due to ovulation?! This is my first ovulation while breastfeeding. Any insight would be great!! TIA!
