I took this test about 3 hours ago it was not positive even 30 mins after I took the test and when I got home it had been in my pocket on the way home now it looks like this is it positive or Evap?

It’s very likely an evap if it didn’t appear until that long after the time plot. 
Blue dyes are also pretty known for false positives and evaps, so just try to keep an open mind, and test again with a red dye test and trust the results that appear in the 3 minute window 😊
Test every 48 hours until you get that bfp or AF comes. (I hope it’s your BFP!)
