Baby fever

So y’all, I’m sure a lot of you can relate but I’ve had HELLA baby fever for over a year now. BUT I know I’m not ready. I do all my husbands chores, not because he’s incapable, but because they don’t get done otherwise. We have like 0 savings, which is super bad I know. And besides any of that we’re both still super young (me 22 him 23). I guess what I want to know is how do you deal with the urge to get accidentally pregnant on purpose, because obviously that’s not an option lol. The feeling is really really strong though, I almost made an appointment for this weekend that just passed to get my implanon removed. HELP
