Anyone with GD have a c section date yet?

So I have to have a c section. Had a non stress test appointment today and they scheduled my c section for 9/5. Ask have a million ultra sounds and non stress tests from now until then. Anyone else??

I don’t have a scheduled c section (and don’t plan on it), but I feel ya on all the extra monitoring for GD. This is my second GD pregnancy, and I’m taking off 1/2 day of work once a week at this point for appointments. So time consuming!

In the same boat.. on top of that they say baby is small for gestational age, and I am also having extra growth scans and doppler scans every week. C-section scheduled for 9/3 but I might have it a little earlier if baby stops growing.

I don't have a schedule c section yet they are talking about it though, but I do have to get an nst and ultrasound every week and my doctors offices makes you do them on two different days so twice a week i go in for testing luckily I work 12 hours shifts at work so I only work 3 days a week.

My due date is sep 9th and they set my c-section date for sep 5th. They picked that date before we found out about my GD. Can y’all tell me the risk with GD? They have me doing the NST now every week as well.

C section is for the gd but also because I had shoulder dystocia with my first without even having gd. Going to be much safer for me. I would have preferred a vaginal birth.
All the time off work with appointments is totally throwing me off

My c-section for my twins is scheduled for August 22nd (36 weeks) because of my GD. Hoping I make it to that date.
