So stressed...😣😣😣 On the verge of tears..

I just had my 39week appointment, and my doctor isn't sure baby is head down anymore. Now I'm basically on bed rest until tonight when I get my ultrasound to determine where she is positioned, if she has flipped or is transverse we go tomorrow for a version and to get my water broken, and if the version doesnt work we will be going in for a csection... I'm honestly on the verge of tears right now. The unknown is KILLING ME and I k ow being stressed like this is not good for her at all but I dont know what else to do...
