Dog jumped on belly

I’m livid. Have a 70lb golden retriever that was running around like a crazy man and decided to jump on my belly while I was laying on the couch. I mean I know there is nothing I can do, but what should I be watching for? I’ve already put in my head that this has just doomed me. I’m cramping slightly but does baby have enough cushion in there? I just can’t decide if I should let OB know or just wait it out? See if I have any bleeding or cramping. 🤷🏻‍♀️
