Best jumper for a 4 month old. Skip hop?

My 4 month old literally just wants me to hold him up and have him hop around and walk around all day. He doesn’t like floor time or being in his bouncer so I’d like to get him a jumper.

Anyone have the Skip Hop jumper? I have been reading reviews and maybe 3 out of them say a strap broke and injured their baby. On a different site it says the cloud toy broke, no mention of the strap breaking thing. But so many jumpers are for older babies (a common review for the Fisher Price rainforest one is that a 4-5 month old is too short for it), or have toys that are faulty or hurt the baby somehow and I’m confused.

Need suggestions! Talk to me especially if you have the skip hop one.
