It's expensive for sure but we loved all her advice. She covers every question you could have, and it's so easy to follow her plan! Our little guy now sleeps from 7pm-6am with one dream feed at 10pm.

You may not follow everything she says but she certainly gives you lots of information to help you make your own choices. I know a lot of it is developmental but we went from sleep regression and eating every two hours to sleeping from 7:30 to 7 (give or take an hour) with no night feeds. Every baby is different for sure but I think she helps you figure out what you need and helps you get there.
