When did your pegnancy start feeling 'real'?

I had my 12 week scan today and saw my beautiful healthy baby. It just all feels so surreal. My husband and I kept telling ourselves that we wouldn't get excited until our scan as we wanted to make sure everything was okay first. However, now we know it is, it still hasn't quite hit. Am I the only one?

With my first baby it didn’t really ‘hit me’ that I was having a baby until 4 days after birth when we got home from hospital. You will probably start to feel more bonded when you feel movements. But if you don’t it’s okay too

Currently 19 weeks, it still hasen’t hit. I can feel the baby and I have seen it 4 times. Still is very surreal to me.
Maybe after next week when we’ve had the anatomy scan and we know the gender for sure, but I’m not counting on it.
It will probably hit when the baby is coming or actually in my arms.

Honestly? When I started feeling kicks. Even after my u/s at 17 weeks when we saw an entire baby it still didn't feel real yet. Now that he kicks the crap out of me every day and none of my old clothes fit because of my bump I can definitely say I feel pregnant lol.

Third trimester when I started to get the nursery and all the baby things up around the house. He’s also developed a personality in there so I talk to him alot😅 I’m 35 weeks now

After the big anatomy scan. Once I knew that went well it started to hit me a little more. Honestly though, I’m 22+4 and I don’t think I’ll completely “get it” until he’s here. When he’s safely in my arms I think that’s when the earth will move.

Seeing the baby move on scans always makes it more real. But with both pregnancies it only REALLY hit me when I could feel the baby moving.

My baby girl is going to be a month old and it still hasn’t hit me. I’m in awe every day that this is indeed my baby lol
