Update: It did end up being ectopic and I needed a shot of methotrexate. The fetal pole stopped growing and my hcg had dropped down to 159 miu/ml. It was estimated that my body was evacuating the ectopic pregnancy on it's own but they gave me the shot to stop cell division and to make sure every bit of the pregnancy is evacuated. I'm going to be monitored for a week and then once my hcg drops down to 0 I'm cleared to immediately start trying again. We're heartbroken but, we're looking at the positives. We are buying a house and I'm looking for a better job so we may be much more stable by the time the next pregnancy comes around. I just thank God that he had his hand on me and stopped the pregnancy from growing and rupturing my tube. I'm sorry to say that I'll no longer be a part of this group but, hopefully I'll be back next month.💕

Went in for my 7 week ultrasound expecting to see my baby and instead I have an ectopic pregnancy and now I'm stuck at the hospital waiting to see if I will get surgery and lose my right tube or get methotrexate to evacuate the pregnancy. It looks like a 5-6 week fetal pole on my right ovary but, I may also have a tiny tiny tiny sac in my uterus so idk. I have another hour of waiting and im terrified. My husband is heartbroken and waiting with me. Has anyone else been through this? How did it turn out? I can't stop shaking.
