Noticed I had a bunch or tiny bruises just in this area and I have no idea what it could even be from

Is there something you run into, even gently, quite often? I have bruises on my right thigh like that and FINALLY figured out they were from running into the changing table multiple times a day.

Maybe go to the doctor if you're worried but it does look like finger marks that's turned to bruises. Line as if someone grabbed you there really hard 🤷🏻‍♀️ otherwise idk
