Hi ladies, I am 34 years old and unfortunately experienced my first (and hopefully only) miscarriage this past May! I was 8 weeks and 3 days. We went in for our first Sonogram and to hear baby’s heart beat! The midwife spent an extra long time measuring my uterus and looking at my ovaries before finally showing us the silhouette of the baby and then saying, “I’m so sorry, but there is no heart beat!” That was on a Monday, they scheduled me for a D&C that Thursday! After that, I bled and had cramps up until like the end of June! I had my post-op and pelvic with the OB and he said everything looked perfectly normal! Then the first week of July I had my first legit period, and even that only lasted about 5 days, no clots and not much cramping! Everything seemed normal after that first period! Now this shows up... it’s my second period this month, with clots bigger than I’ve ever had before, and lasting longer than my period ever has! Is this a late result of the procedure or could it be more serious?? Has anyone experienced this??
