“Clumpy“ periods ?
So I just recently got off of birth control and my periods have barely begun to regulate . However, there are times when I get really painful cramps and my period comes out extremely thick and clumpy ... has anyone else noticed this or is able to tell me why this happens? Should I be worried? because it literally freaks me out !
