Child Custody/ Child Support Question!
Hello fellow moms!
I currently live in New Jersey, my ex baby dad and I have a pretty good arrangement with visitation with our son. But he’s not very good with helping money wise. When you file for child support do you also have to file for a custody arrangement or can I just file for child support. I feel as if I file for custody the arrangement that we have that’s good now is going to mess up.
