Which is healthier?
I know too much of anything is bad but I feel like fruit juice is just as unhealthy or maybe even worse than soda because it’s sociably acceptable to give your kid juice pretty much all times of the day.(I’m am sooo guilty of this) but when I was at a mid day family gathering, I gave my 3 year old a sip of soda and my MIL gave me a dirty look. I felt extremely judged even though it was just a sip! What’s y’all’s opinions on juice vs soda?
