Postpartum body

Just gave birth to my second baby . and I have them type of stomachs where I still look 6 months pregnant. (I had it after having my first baby then I got pregnant again so I know it’s staying) I’m breast feeding , drinking lots of water . I’m going to start doing home workouts and taking walks while wearing my sweat vest . My problem that I struggle so hard with is that I ALWAYS cave into my cravings. I love junk food so fucking much 😩 and ever since I had my baby I haven’t really been hungry . I eat a banana for breakfast then one meal then be good until the next day . What are some ways I can stop caving into my cravings . How long should I do at home workouts . And even thou I heard only eat when your hungry is it bad that I’m only eating this little ? Cause I don’t be hungry at all . Any other suggestions you recommend to help me lose weight ? Here’s what my stomach look like . And again , I’m 6 days postpartum but this is how my stomach was after I had my first baby so I know for sure my stomach is staying like this even when my uterus shrink back to its normal size
