That’s the reason I wear pads as well just in case it happens. The most recent time was when I was soaking in a hot bath to combat cramps. I was shocked that I was bleeding heavily enough to soak through a tampon in two hours. Weird how proper health affects the body. (I’d had a yeast infection for long enough that it changed the Communists—such a long story) 😅

No matter what I use. Tampons S+ or cup. I leak on days 3 and 4. Super heavy bleeding.  I just make sure I dont go out those days lol. And double up and wear a pad  too

Yes ! 😞 luckily not that bad I was able to go home & change. You might need a different size one that is right for your flow

Yes it has. I had to up my tampon size cause it was so bad. It’s only on certain days though. Especially the 2nd and 3rd day.
