3rd degree tear is not healing

Hi Ladies,

I really need your advise and help. I had a vaginal delivery on April 19 and had 3 degree tear so got lots of stitches. But one of the tissue came out my stitches and it’s still not healed yet. My dr tried putting stitches again but still no luck. My dr said it will heal by own. I tried going back to dr again, dr said same thing that we will let it heal by it self. But it’s 3 and half months and I am just tired of it.

Does anyone has experience like this? If yes, please pour your advise, any cream or any medicine should I take to heal this. I am just tired going back to dr with no results. I
