I'm on #3 pregnancy... I didn't follow rules with what to eat and not... Of course, when it came to salmon and tuna I was cautious.. Other than that I ate whatever and whenever (nothing raw or uncooked like meat sushi of that nature). I did not pay attention to cheese... I ate it and both babies and this #3 have been fine. I feel like these guidelines they have at Dr office is a bit overdone... God created food, why I restrict EVERYTHING?! My Faith is in God and not man's word... What to eat and not... Turns out all my babies are fine, and that's proof enough!

I’ve heard maybe the queso blanco not so much because of a type of Mexican cheese but regular should be okay

If it’s pasteurized, yes.

I’m not entirely sure what that is but if it’s pasteurised it’s fine, most cheeses are these days even soft cheeses

Some of it is considered a soft cheese so I wouldn’t go crazy on it but I did a time or 2
