My first round of clomid at 100mg... today is d19 I really thought for sure it wasn’t going to work when I just kept on testing with OPKs. Low and behold I believe I finally have a positive OPK! Yesterday afternoon it went from obviously negative to something... this morning retested and I have never gotten such a positive OPK ever! I have PCOS and I don’t ovulate even if I may it’s rare! So to continue a year with OPK testing and being so frustrated I believe I can finally for sure say it looks positive. Instead of D21 progesterone I will get it on D26 to find out it is a true positive and if In fact have ovulated! Just when my doc told me to stop testing with LH strips I continued otherwise I knew if it happened late I could miss it with early progesterone testing!! So elated and staying optimistic! It would be absolutely wonderful to ovulate my first round.
