I want to shave my head

My little man is now over 7 months and very much into grabbing and pulling out chunks of my hair. I have very long hair almost to my butt. I cut off 4 inches, but now I just want to shave it all. I can NOT have it down at all. It is always braided or in a top bun.

I kinda joke about shaving it off, but when the pulling hurts really bad I actually consider it.
