Help! Ovulation confusion!

So I am supposed to be ovulating in 4 days, so August 6... according to the app. My bbt is where it should be and my opk tests are in the low ish range. But when I checked my CM right before I went to bed, it was kind of sticky or tacky but definitely egg white and I could spread it up to an inch maybe more. Did I miss my chance? Or is my peak still coming? My husband is away on business and gets back August 5th so... literally crying as I write this because I am nervous that we won’t have a chance this month. 😩
