i’m so confused!!

So today I am on cycle day 48, 12 days late of my period.

little story, i have endometriosis, and have always had irregular periods and then i came off birth control a year ago this month and my periods regulated for the first 7 months and then they started doing this again. well today i took a pregnancy test even though i knew what it was going to say, but just because i also took an ovulation test! & this happened! i’m literally so confused because i am seriously 12 days late of my period and on day 48 of my cycle! Help 😭
