Measuring at 8 weeks. Didn't know I was pregnant bc I have PCOS and have been trying for 2 yrs. haven't had a period since Jan. I'm over the moon excited! Help me to understand the Ramzi method better. This was transvaginal. What side is left/right/top/bottom?
