Different symptoms second pregnancy?

I think I may be pregnant, if I am I'd be about 4 weeks. I've had nausea, UTI and heartburn for a couple weeks (or like a week and half) The only other time I have heart burn was my first pregnancy. I've never had a UTI until now, and I've never had nausea with my first. I've not changed my diet or exercise habits, but I get nauseous after eating at least twice a day. Sometimes it feels like I gotta throw up but dont. Other times it's more heartburn. Heartburn happens every like 2-3 days.

Had one BFN but period is due in a couple days yet sk I have time.

My first I had like no symptoms except a "knowing" nd my CM didnt dry up before my period. Not sure what to think!

Dis you ladies have different symptoms second time around?
