Georgia practices?
I had my baby in Georgia. I'm wondering if this is a state wide thing, or a junky hospital I ended up at. I did not have an anesthesiologist, rather a tech give me epidurals and such. Needless to say, the first 2 did not work, and then whatever I was finally given still did not numb me completely for the surgery. Is it normal for techs to give these?
