I just spent 5 days admitted to the hospital after being diagnosed with DVT. A huge clot was found in my femoral artery, basically in my groin area. My leg was swollen and discolored, and In so much pain to the point I couldn’t walk anymore. I am fine now, I’ve come to terms that I’m going to have to inject myself 2x a day with lovenox the remainder of my pregnancy and with any future ones. That’s not the hard part, to me it’s not being able to walk because I still have immense pain. My question is for anyone who was diagnosed with a DVT blood clot, in when did you walk comfortably again after treatment? I’ve been on treatment since Monday, the 12th of this month I go back to school. I just want some light shed and hope that I’ll be comfortable again 🙏🏽
