I get those all the time but I have chronic migraines... but it is a sign of preeclampsia so just get your blood pressure checked.

I saw this near the end of my pregnancy. Turns out my BP skyrocketed because I had a kidney infection. You should monitor your BP.

Buy a blood pressure cuff to take your BP at home. Do it every couple of hours. See a doctor ASAP about it, but having the cuff at home is an extra way to protect yourself and your baby. My BP (and urine) was ALWAYS normal at my appointments until my very last one where it was only slightly elevated. I had thought something was off for weeks. The next day I woke up with a headache so we decided to induce due to gestational hypertension and they took my blood to run labs. My kidney function was about 60% because that’s how severe my pre-eclampsia was.

The symptoms you are having are definitely indicative of preeclampsia. You need to get checked ASAP. I wouldn’t wait for a doctors appointment I would go to the hospital or at least a walk in clinic where they can take your blood pressure.
