Had a nickle size wet spot on underwear after walking around after I went pee

When I thought I was leaking fluid the midwife told me to put a panty liner on and wait an hour if it was quite wet in that hour to call them back.

If it only happens right after you pee then it's probably urine. You can try smelling it, fluid is more sweet smelling. Put a liner on, lay down for 30 minutes, stand up, and see if it leaks out more.
