Hcg level in pregnancy

I had an <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> done a couple weeks ago and when I went to get my HCG blood tests done the first came back at a 16 and the second a 53. I was told I am pregnant and have definitely started feeling symptoms. Are those numbers high? Do those number hint at a possibility of twins?
