At about 5am this morning i went to the bathroom to pee and as i was walking out i felt this incredible amount of pressure in my lower uterus with a super sharp pain. It didn’t feel like contractions at all. I thought i had to go pee again so i went back into the bathroom and as i tried to sit down it got worse. So i had to stand there for a bit. I literally thought i was dying. After a while i went back into the room and stood against the wall until it stopped. I still feel some pressure in my lower uterus and now my back hurts. Is this normal for 39 weeks? I don’t think it was labor but should i call the hospital? It’s been about 30 minutes and hasn’t happened again.
