Iv been having contractions some stong some mild. They are between 10-15 minutes apart. and lots of back pain since 4AM this morning it's currently 4:22 pm. I just went to the bathroom and there was a lottl.ebit of blood in my underwear and a little bit of mucus with blood when I wiped, should I be concerned? I'm so so uncomfortable with these contractions and terrible back pain. What can I do to help?
